Additional information
We offer a 100€ discount for students. If you register as a student, you must provide proof of your student status (e.g. a student card including the academic year). You are eligible for the "Student fee" if you are a student in the academic year 2024-2025. In case you are not able to provide a proof in time, your student registration will be automatically cancelled.
If you are a MSc/PhD student and the presenting author (i.e., the only one among the authors who is present at the event) of a paper accepted at a workshop/co-located event/main conference, then you need to buy a regular registration, regardless of whether or not you are a student.
If you are a PhD student and you have been accepted to participate in the Doctoral Consortium, the participation to the Doctoral Consortium is free of charge. If you want to attend the rest of the workshops and/or conference, you can register as a student.

Ofrecemos un descuento de 100€ para estudiantes. Si te registras como estudiante, debes proporcionar una prueba de tu condición de estudiante (por ejemplo, una matrícula con el año académico). Eres elegible para la "tarifa de estudiante" si eres estudiante en el año académico 2024-2025. En caso de no poder proporcionar una prueba a tiempo, tu registro de estudiante se cancelará.
Si eres estudiante de Máster/Doctorado y autor/a presentador/a (es decir, la única persona entre los autores que asiste al evento) de un artículo aceptado en un taller/evento co-ubicado/conferencia principal, entonces necesitas adquirir un registro regular, independientemente de si eres estudiante o no.
Si eres estudiante de Doctorado y has sido aceptado/a para participar en el Doctoral Consortium, la participación en el Doctoral Consortium es gratuita. Si deseas asistir al resto de los talleres y/o a la conferencia, puedes registrarte como estudiante.
Cancellation policy
The registration of participation is binding.
If you cancel your registration no later than 30 days before the start of the conference, and you are not a presenting author of an accepted paper, you get 80% back of the registration fee. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
The registration fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Payments will be refunded if the conference is canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. In case the conference must be postponed, registrations remain valid.

La inscripción para participar es obligatoria.
Si cancelas tu registro 30 días antes del inicio de la conferencia y no eres autor/a presentador/a de un trabajo aceptado, recibirás el 80% del reembolso de la cuota de registro. En todos los demás casos, las responsabilidades financieras de los participantes permanecen plenamente vigentes.
Las tarifas de registro se adeudan en el momento de la inscripción y se deben pagar dentro de los 7 días posteriores al envío de la inscripción (pero no más tarde de 7 días antes del día de inicio del evento).
La participación no está garantizada hasta que se reciba el pago completo de la cuota de inscripción.
Los pagos serán reembolsados si la conferencia es cancelada por el organizador. En ese caso, el organizador no tendrá ninguna otra responsabilidad con el cliente. En caso de que la conferencia deba aplazarse, las inscripciones siguen siendo válidas.
